When you submit a rental application for a home, an application fee is required in most cases. The application fee covers the following:

• Credit Check

• Criminal Background Check

• Verification of Employment

• Rental History Verification

• Other Items If Applicable (All Applications Are Not The Same)

Realtor Fees
My services remain completely free of charge within the scope of my duties. There may be times when a request is made where I would have to travel outside of my city or area of business, when I may have to pay for services or items out of my own pocket to help you find or list a home. Any fees related to these specific circumstances and in writing would be covered under this subject.
